CONFORMERGEN

This program is presently only available for Silicon Graphics Irix systems.

It affords three modes of operation:

Mode 1. Generate 8 conformers for all INTERCHEM-D file structures in the current directory

Mode 2. Generate a selected number of conformers for a single INTERCHEM-D file structure.

Mode 3. Generate the single lowest energy conformer (from 8 tries) for all INTERCHEM-D file structures in the current directory.

The program relies only on a connection table as starting point; new coordinates are generated using rabdom numbers and the resulting structure s optimised using ICMECH.
